Refund and Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us
Before returning any item, please contact our support team at support@nabka.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Package the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories provided.
Include RA Number
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nabka.com with photos and order details. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
