How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add what you want to your basket and go to checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment information and the order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing an order, at no charge — email support@nabka.com or call +1 614-532-9300.
To change a delivery address, contact us within 24 hours. Once an order is in transit the address cannot be changed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships you get an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also look your order up from the "Find your order" page using your order number and the email you used at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. The returns page has the full detail and how to start one.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently sell and ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping: $4.90 USD per order. Delivery takes 4 to 6 days.
How do I contact support?
Email support@nabka.com and you should have a reply within one business day. Include your order number, or the email address you used at checkout, so we can find the order.
Are your products sustainable?
Nabka works to minimise packaging waste and to source from responsible producers. We do not claim more than that.
