Thank you for choosing Nabka. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to make returning something as plain and predictable as buying it.
30-day return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
How to start a return
- Contact us. Before sending anything back, email support@nabka.com to start the return.
- Return authorisation. Once approved you will get a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item. Pack it securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Include the RA number. Write it clearly on the outside of the package.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend a trackable service — without tracking we cannot confirm a return arrived.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email you to say whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Gift items
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, email support@nabka.com with photos and your order number and we will sort it out. This is the one case where return shipping is on us.
