Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to orders from the United States. It is here so that you know our shipping procedures before you buy; by placing an order you agree to what follows.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping: $4.90 USD per order.
Transit, handling and order cut-off
- Shipments are in transit for 3 to 4 days.
- Order handling takes 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery time is 4 to 6 days.
- The order cut-off time is 01:00 PM (GMT-04:00).
Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change where an order is going, contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@nabka.com or call +1 614-532-9300.
Delivery terms
We use USPS Priority Mail to deliver.
Tracking
Once your order ships it carries a tracking number, and the tracking link is in your shipping email. You can follow the parcel with it until it is delivered.
Parcels damaged in transit
If a package is damaged in transit, refuse it from the courier if you can and contact us. If it was left without you present, contact us and we will take it from there.
